Breathing exercises: 
“Stand upright on an empty stomach. Hold the device in your right hand with your thumb in the slot. Begin with diaphragmatic breathing — belly out on inhale, in on exhale.
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold 2 seconds, then breathe forcefully into the mouthpiece for 5–6 seconds while pulling the belly in — repeat this sequence four times.
Next, take a deep breath and exhale fast and forcefully into the mouthpiece like blowing out a candle — repeat four times.
Finally, extend the tongue and push the mouthpiece with the tongue for 2 seconds — repeat once — then push up, down, left and right in sequence.”
